LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Labor analyst Sarah Ehresman shared in a recent Kentuckiana Works report that artificial intelligence is thoroughly exposed to 34% of Louisville’s jobs.
“That doesn’t mean the job is completely gone,” she said. “It just means that about half of what they do could be done by, or with, artificial intelligence.”
“It is challenging right now to find companies that are hiring,” Ehresman explained. “Some might say that AI is the cause of that, but I tend to speculate that it, again, has more to do with interest rates and the policy environment.”…
