Louisville crews fill giant pothole after WHAS11 questions why it’s taken years to fix

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — On Wednesday, Louisville Public Works filled a massive pothole that nearby business owners said was a problem for years.

“They started out small about four years ago,” Mark Norenberg, owner of Air Comfort of Kentucky, said. His heating and cooling company is located at 3904 Bishop Lane.

The collection of potholes –some well over six inches deep and four feet wide– were at a spot where it was unclear whose land they were on. AAA Cooper Transportation owns the access road that butts right up to Bishop Lane…
