LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Domestic violence coalitions are bracing for cuts to federal funding, while facing a scary and harsh reality.
“We will lose lives,” said ZeroV CEO Angela Yannelli. “Over the past five years, we’ve had a substantial cut to our victims of crime funding.”
