LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – LMPD has seen a summer surge in the number of child shooting victims. On Wednesday, Chief Paul Humphrey addressed the other side of the issue: kids committing crimes.
“Juveniles involved in crime, theft, violent crime, all of the above is a problem,” Chief Humphrey said.
