LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — It was Christmas in July around the Highlands on Saturday.
The Highlands Commerce Guild hosted Aglow in July on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It was held on Bardstown Road and included free trolley rides from Trolley de ‘Ville. The trolleys ran from Douglass Loop to Bardstown Road and along Baxter and Barret avenues.
