LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – There is a new effort to buy the NIA Center, which is described by some in west Louisville as the cornerstone for needed services and businesses.
The West Louisville Dream Team has submitted a formal offer of $2.5 million to buy the historic NIA Center from TARC.
