FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. — Southern Indiana health officials advise residents to continue taking precautions to avoid mosquito bites after some of the insects were found to be carrying the West Nile Virus.
The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) has notified the Floyd County Health Department that two positive pools of mosquitoes infected with the virus were found in Floyd County.
