LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – New development documents shine a light on what could be coming to Mid City Mall in the Highlands.
The zoning documents, filed by a law firm in Georgia, propose new construction for a 54,000 square foot grocery store and six stand-alone retail buildings that total 53,000 square feet. The zoning certification document filed on Wednesday doesn’t include any other details.
