Indiana judge sets $50,000 cash bond for man accused of crashing into 2 men

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A judge in Clark County, Ind., set bond at $50,000 cash for a Jeffersonville man accused of running over two men last week.

Benjamin Fox, 30, was arrested after the Aug. 1 incident at the intersection of Pearl and West Maple streets. That’s where police found two unconscious men, who were taken to the UofL Health Hospital in Louisville by ambulance.

Both men’s injuries were described as “serious,” but no information has been released about their current condition…
