LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A relative of Crystal Rogers has been indicted on felony charges of retaliating against a witness in the murder trial.
Ronald William Bryan is accused of threatening Thomas “Richie” Riggs, a witness for the Commonwealth in the trial of Brooks Houck and Joseph Lawson. The two were found guilty in connection with the disappearance and death of Crystal Rogers.
Riggs was a neighbor and coworker of both Houck and Rogers. Rogers left a voicemail to Riggs asking him to help get a renter’s belongings out of a house, and Riggs told her he would meet up with her on that coming Monday…
