LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – It has been a violent week in Louisville, with two women killed within hours of each other on Wednesday.
One of those women, Jermia Offutt, was shot in the Chickasaw neighborhood on Wednesday night. Now, community members and Offutt’s family are crying out for help.
