Today on the show, we celebrated National Relaxation Day. You all shared your favorite ways to relax on our Facebook page. I’m not gonna lie, I got some pretty good ideas for my next day off.
However, chances are, reading or fishing or floating in a pool will have to wait until I am finished with my favorite activity. My tried and true stress-reliever. Stopping to get an iced coffee and heading to a flea market. Or thrift shop or consignment. I’ll even track down a yard or estate sale if I’m lucky.
Thrift Shopping Therapy

It is 35,000 sq. feet of knick-knacks, vintage clothes, the most beautiful mid-century furniture, and decor from every decade.

I was there shopping after Christmas, and as I flipped through a stack of records, I looked over and Brittany Howard from the Alabama Shakes was right next to me looking for a gem, herself. Great taste!
