LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Police arrested a man after his 8-year-old son tested positive for cocaine.
According to court documents, Donnie Smith, 35, took the 8-year-old to a suspected drug deal. After that, police said Smith told his son to take the drugs.
