INDIANA — A man was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash, according to Jeffersonville police.
The crash happened around 2:53 a.m. in the 1800 block of 8th Street. The victim, identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office as 41-year-old Samuel Carlisle, died at the scene.
