LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 20-year-old arrested Monday while attempting to break into a local Louisville business confessed to police that he burglarized multiple other places.
Louisville Metro Police said in a social media post that Deandre Smith-Cowherd was arrested as he was breaking into a business around 2:15 a.m.
