LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man has been arrested after a standoff with LMPD SWAT and taking a woman hostage.
Louisville Police were called to the 6600 block of Vandre Avenue on a general trouble run. The call came from a neighbor who said a woman was forced into a residence by her ex-boyfriend. A different neighbor provided video evidence of the incident.
