LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to a shooting last month that prompted a shelter-in-place at a nearby high school soccer game.
Around 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, Louisville Metro Police said officers arrived on Congress Street, not far from Central High School Stadium, to find a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound to the knee. He was taken to the hospital, and two juveniles running from the scene were detained by police but not initially arrested.
