LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man charged in connection with the road rage shooting that injured a young Louisville girl and left her paralyzed was in court on Sept. 2 for a bond hearing.
Tuesday, the judge lowered Edward Sark’s bond from $100,000 to $40,000. If Sark posts that bond, he’ll be placed on home incarceration.
He’s one of three suspects in the 2023 I-65 road rage shooting that injured Onyx Sands, who was six at the time. Sark is set to go to trial in April of next year for assault and wanton endangerment. His next court day is Oct. 28…
