Man arrested by ICE in Georgia returned to Indiana for 2013 double murder case

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man arrested by ICE in Georgia is back in southern Indiana to face charges for a double murder that happened in 2013.

The Clarksville Police Department said the homicides happened on Oct. 9, 2013, when officers were called to a house fire at 436 North Randolph Avenue. Two men were found stabbed to death inside the house.

DNA samples were collected during the investigation from a knife and under fingernails. This identified the victims as Amando “Miguel” Rodriguez Solis and Julio Cesar Ventura Monzon…
