LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Kentucky Kingdom is honoring the military and first responders this weekend.
The Louisville theme park is once again hosting its Hometown Heroes Weekend. The two-day event is dedicated to first responders, including, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, healthcare workers, and military (including active duty, veterans and retirees).
First responders will receive free admission to the park for themselves and up to three guests on Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7 during normal park hours. The park is open weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m…
