LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police has released video of officers arresting the man who allegedly stole an SUV with a 9-month-old baby inside.
LMPD arrested 34-year-old Brandon Conley in late August. He’s charged with stealing a family’s Gold Chevy Trailblazer with their baby in the back seat.
