JEFFERSONTOWN, Ky. (WDRB) — Thousands of people are in Jeffersontown this weekend for the annual Gaslight Festival.
This is the 56th event through the streets of downtown Jeffersontown which runs from Sept. 4-14. It’s a time-honored tradition that started very small in 1969, and is now one of the area’s largest festivals.
“This is the only market we do. We’re a family farm and this is the only market we do,” vendor Freddie Barrick said. “Jtown supports us completely, and we support Jtown. This is the only market we do — this is it and it’s the only one we can do.”…
