A Louisville man is charged with the murder of a woman at the Shawnee Park Drive boat ramp Sunday afternoon.
Michael Bullock, 27, was arrested Tuesday in connection to the shooting death of 32-year-old Rachel Hughes. Just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Louisville Metro Police were called to the Shawnee Park Drive boat ramp. Investigators said they found Hughes shot multiple times in a wooded area.
