Street racing has become a growing problem across the nation as authorities try to crack down. A Kentucky police department is taking a savage approach by crushing a $100k racing SUV after it was seized. Other drivers could see their builds smashed to bits as well.

First, do you know what the Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is such a prized SUV, valued at over $100k? The Durango Hellcat is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine that delivers 710 hp and 875 lb-ft of torque.
It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph, making it a pretty enticing option as a street racing SUV. Plus, it features plenty of racing upgrades such as 20-inch Stan carbon wheels, Brembo six-piston front brakes, and SRT paddle shifters.
Some fans (including us) have been mourning the loss prized 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat just met its harsh fate in Louisville, Kentucky. That is at least until we found out why it smushed…
