Woman who killed eastern Ky. man in DUI crash reaches plea deal

A woman who killed an eastern Kentucky man in a DUI crash has reached a plea deal.

Sarah Spurling, 34, of Louisville, reached a plea deal after being charged with DUI, vehicular homicide and felony wanton endangerment in the October 4, 2024, death of 64-year-old Roger L. Arnett.
