LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Drivers on Muhammad Ali Boulevard at 7th and 8th streets will now need to stop at signs instead of lights.
The traffic signals at both intersections were switched to flashing red Thursday before being replaced entirely with stop signs, creating new two-way stops.
