RADCLIFF Ky. (WAVE) – A Kentucky veterans cemetery is asking for the public to come celebrate the life of a United States Navy veteran who lost his life last month.
Veteran Terry Swanner, a resident of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sept. 7, 2025. He was born on November 4, 1956, in Louisville and proudly served in the United States Navy.
Swanner will not have any family in attendance at this service…
