JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — A southern Indiana food pantry is reporting a startling increase in food insecurity.
The Center for Lay Ministries in Jeffersonville said since the start of this year, its served over 1,500 first-time clients, already surpassing the number of first-time clients served for all of 2024.
