LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and survivors and supporters filled Louisville Slugger Field on Saturday for the annual “More Than Pink Walk.”
The event celebrated survivors’ strength while raising awareness and money for breast cancer research.
According to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the world’s leading breast cancer organization, more than 4,200 Kentuckians will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025 and more than 650 are expected to lose their lives to the disease…
