Louisville woman dies after shooting in Newburg neighborhood early Monday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A woman who was shot early Monday in the Newburg neighborhood has died. Louisville police responding to her shooting shot and killed a man that officers said approached them with a gun.

Tiffany Reiner, 45, died at UofL Health Hospital Monday afternoon hours after she was shot on Ridgecrest Road near Rosette Blvd, according to a news release from the Jefferson County coroner’s office.

Family members told WDRB after the shooting that Reiner was a mother of three children. They said she was shot during a birthday party for one of her adult children…
