LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Low income residents in Louisville can begin applying for assistance on Nov. 3.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program is part of Kentucky’s Community Action Network. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis through Dec. 12, 2025, or until the money runs out.
