A man is dead after LMPD believes he was shot in the PRP neighborhood. Right now, LMPD believes he was 17 years old.
LMPD was dispatched to the 4100 block of Flintlock Drive around 3am Saturday morning. That area is along Dixie Highway near Hillview Community Church.
