LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man is facing charges after allegedly shooting another man during an argument outside a Valley Station liquor store on Saturday night.
According to court records, 29-year-old Matthew Tarrance got into a verbal dispute with another man outside Valley Liquors, located in the 5400 block of Valley Station Road.
Police said the confrontation escalated when the other man threw a cigarette butt onto Tarrance’s car, prompting Tarrance to get out and continue the argument…
