LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Infants born at Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital will soon start receiving free books.
A collaboration between the PNC Foundation, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation is making that possible, a spokesperson for the hospital said. This progam is funded by a $100,000 grant that honors Junior Bridgeman.
“Junior was known for his desire to lift others up,” Lynnie Meyer, R.N., Ed.D., senior vice president and chief development officer at Norton Healthcare and Norton Children’s, said. “This project honors Junior’s legacy and will continue uplifting young lives for years to come.”…
