Volunteers honor veterans at Cave Hill Cemetery

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Even in the cold November rain, the rows of white marble headstones at Louisville’s Cave Hill Cemetery gleamed with red, white and blue.

Dozens of people turned out Sunday for a Veterans Day “Flag-In” service — a tradition organized by Flags4Vets, which places American flags beside every veteran’s grave.
