LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Among the orange leaves at the entrance of the Heritage Green Apartments on Monday were some loose pieces of yellow police tape and red blood stains on the ground near the fence.
On Saturday, a man suspected in a robbery was shot and killed while running from police. Officials say he pulled out a handgun before police shot him.
