Body camera footage shows Kentucky officers saving boy from burning home

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) shared a story of a daring rescue in March that led to a touching reunion months later after officers rescued a boy from a burning home.

On Thanksgiving, Louisville police shared camera footage of the brave moment when a neighbor climbed through a window and found an unconscious boy whose hands were “bloodied from trying to escape,” authorities wrote on social media.
