LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Metro Council member is calling for new rules that could change how officers appear on Louisville streets, as concerns grow over transparency and accountability.
District 6 Councilman J.P. Lyninger has introduced an ordinance that would prohibit all law enforcement agencies, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement, from concealing their identities with masks while operating in Louisville.
