LOUISVILLE, Ky. — State Farm Insurance has filed a motion to intervene in the wrongful death lawsuit against convicted murderer Brooks Houck.
Houck was convicted of murdering Crystal Rogers in July and is now serving a life sentence. He is being sued by Rogers’ mother Sherry Ballard.
