LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was arrested on a murder warrant Monday in connection to the death of a 61-year-old woman as he was arriving to court in another case.
Timothy Garmany, 35, was indicted on Nov. 20 by a Jefferson County grand jury on charges of murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
