NEW ALBANY, Ind. — The New Albany Housing Authority (NAHA) board approved the demolition plan for Parkview Tower eight months after it went up in flames. It will cost $1.3 million, according to a press release.
After the building comes down, “the site is planned to be restored to a greenfield, allowing for future redevelopment opportunities,” the release said.
