Jefferson County Public Schools will again be closed Dec. 15 because of wintery conditions.
JCPS spokeswoman Carolyn Callahan announced schools will students will have a nontraditional instruction (NTI) day, the third of the school year. All after-school athletics and extracurriculars will proceed as scheduled.
