LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WCHS) — Drug Enforcement Administration officers in Kentucky reported nearly 89 million lethal doses of fentanyl were seized in 2025.
About 390 pounds of fentanyl power and more than 170,000 pills laced with the drug were seized by special agents and task force officers this year, according to a news release from the DEA’s Louisville Field Division.
