LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A southern Indiana couple was arrested after a 10-month-old may have been exposed to an illegal drug.
According to Indiana State Police, 37-year-old David Foutch and 25-year-old Angela Foutch were arrested Monday and charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury after an investigation that began in late October.
