LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – It’s case closed against former police chief Rick McCubbin after he was accused of assault over the summer.
During a quick hearing Friday, the judge dismissed the case against McCubbin for good. He was not in court.
Court documents previously claimed McCubbin and his 19-year-old stepdaughter were arguing over a pet gate at their Prospect home when he allegedly grabbed her by the arm and pinned her against the wall…
