Germantown woman fights new Metro ordinance threatening miniature horse

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Germantown woman said she’s asking for a Christmas miracle as a new Metro ordinance could force her to get rid of her miniature horse.

For people living in the Meriwether neighborhood, paying a visit to Bandit, a miniature horse, has been a tradition for more than 10 years, but now, a new ordinance passed by Louisville Metro council members has put his stay there in jeopardy.
