LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Good news for holiday travelers in the Bluegrass: Gas prices are four cents lower this week at $2.385 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
AAA said over the past week, the national average for a gallon has fallen three cents to $2.82, a low that hasn’t been seen since Dec. 2020. Cheaper oil prices and increases in supply have contributed to the decrease, AAA said.
Overall, 2025 has been a stable year for the national average with few fluctuations and no sharp spikes, AAA added. The current national average is 19 cents fewer than a month ago and 20 cents fewer than a year ago…
