LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Strong winds over the weekend left behind a dangerous mess in Louisville.
A dead tree in Delores Neal’s yard was ripped from the ground during Saturday night’s wind gusts and is now leaning toward her home. Neal, who is 85 and widowed, said she didn’t realize how bad the damage was until daylight.
“I didn’t know the tree had fallen until I got up this morning and it was a shock, let me tell ya,” Neal said. “I’m glad it didn’t hit the house, I’m thankful for that.”…
