LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The road signs and traffic headaches are gone and River Road is back in business ahead of schedule.
After nearly seven months of construction, the Louisville Water Company said crews have installed 100% of the pipe along River Road from the treatment plant in Crescent Hill, down Zorn Avenue, to the water company’s treatment plant in Prospect.
