LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Brooks Houck is now in the custody of the Roederer Assessment Center in Oldham County.
He was moved Monday from the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in eastern Kentucky.
Houck, who was Crystal Rogers’ boyfriend at the time of her July 2015 disappearance, was found guilty of murder-principal or accomplice and tampering with physical evidence in July after a 10-day trial.
